This lovely apartment is situated in the East of Alcudia Bay in the unspoilt town of Colonia de Sant Pere.

This is a ground-floor apartment, which is spacious and tastefully furnished.

The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with bunk beds and a put up bed. There is also a double bed settee in the lounge.

The patio doors lead out onto a private terrace, which has steps going down to the pool. There is a small toddlers' pool and an outside shower. The gardens are private and are enclosed. There are just 8 apartments and, like all the other properties in San Pedro, are privately owned. The apartment is well-equipped, having a fully-fitted kitchen, including a microwave and fridge-freezer, a utility room with a washing-machine and tumble-drier, cable TV, DVD player and telephone.
